Driven by a passion for one-on-one patient care, Greg discovered a unique talent for finding creative solutions that help individuals save money, simplify complex pill regimens, and effectively manage side effects. As the CEO and co-founder of Med Help Rochester, Amethyst is the driving force behind our mission to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. With a unique academic background—holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology alongside a Bachelor’s in Business Administration—Amethyst perfectly bridges the gap between clinical expertise and the human experience. Her deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind allows her to support our clients through the psychological and emotional challenges that often accompany managing chronic health conditions.

Amethyst’s professional journey is rooted in advocacy and empowerment. Before building Med Help Rochester from the ground up, she honed her leadership skills in the retail industry and served as a success coach for a nonprofit organization. It was there that she discovered her passion for helping individuals overcome personal barriers and navigate complex systems to achieve their goals.
